Week One :)

From the quote above, my partner, Sarah and I have understood that employers find that communication
is an essential and fundamental quality that graduates need, in order to be more employable and
progressive in a job. This set of skills allow graduates to excel above others as they can convince,
persuade and relay important information across different levels, such as their colleagues and bosses.
It also enhances the graduates’ ability to understand and carry out tasks given by their employers.

  1. The first sentence is paraphrasing the quote. However, the second sentence clearly elaborates on why communication skills is important throughout a career and I believe that good communication skills builds up relationship and allows people to connect with each other.
